Online coaching that isn’t a template.

A programme written for your week, your gym and your training history, and changed when there is a real reason to change it. You’re coached by one person, and that person is me.

Starts with a 30-minute call. No obligation on it.

What you
get.

Three things, and none of them is a PDF.

A programme built from scratch

Written around the days you can actually train and the equipment your gym has. Not a template with your name at the top.

Nutrition you can hold down

Targets built around how you eat. Not a meal plan that assumes you cook twice a day and never eat out.

A weekly check-in

You send it, I read it. If something needs to change it changes then, and if it doesn’t it stays, because changing a working plan on a schedule is noise. That loop is the actual product. Everything else is just how it gets delivered to your phone.

How it
works.

A 30-minute call

What you’re after, what you’ve tried, and what your week genuinely allows. If online coaching isn’t the right fit for you I’ll say so on that call rather than three months in.

Your first block gets written

Training and nutrition land in an app on your phone, session by session, so you are not standing in the gym deciding what to do.

Check in weekly. Repeat.

Weight, training logs, how the week went. I read it and decide whether the training should change or stay where it is.

Straight
answers.

Where do you coach online clients?

Anywhere. I’m based in Scotland and coach in person in Cumbernauld, but the online side isn’t tied to that. Clients are across the UK and outside it.

Am I tied into a contract?

No. Billing is monthly and rolling: no twelve-week minimum, no contract, and you can stop whenever you like.

How is this different from an app or a PDF plan?

An app gives everyone the same programme and calls it personalised. What you are paying for here is a person deciding what your training should do next, and doing it at the point it will help rather than on a schedule.

How much contact do I actually get?

A written check-in every week that I respond to properly, plus messaging in between when something comes up. What you won’t get is daily cheerleading. If that’s what you’re after, I’m not your coach.

What if I train at home, or my gym is badly equipped?

Then that’s what the programme gets written for. Tell me what you’ve got on the call and the plan is built around it, rather than around kit you’d have to go and buy.

Who is online coaching not for?

People who need someone physically standing there for it to happen. If you know that about yourself, say it on the call. The in-person or hybrid setup in Cumbernauld exists for exactly that, and it’s a better use of your money.
