In-person sessions at Levels Gym, paired with a programme that keeps running the other six days of the week. You get a coach on the gym floor and a plan in your pocket. Not one or the other.
Starts with a 30-minute call. No obligation on it.
Levels Gym in Cumbernauld is where the in-person work happens. Sessions get arranged around your week where I can, inside working hours, and earlier slots are usually easiest. The training that actually gets done is the training that fits.
Most people who train with me in person come from Cumbernauld itself or the towns around it. If the drive doesn’t work for you, take the online coaching instead. Same programming, same check-ins, without the travel.
Not an hour of someone counting your reps.
The part that only works in person. I can see what your hip is doing under load and fix it on the spot, which is quicker than three weeks of video feedback.
Your other sessions are written out and waiting in the app. Most people’s progress gets decided on those days. The hour with a trainer next to you is a small part of it.
Built around what you eat and who you eat it with. No meal plan that assumes you cook twice a day and never see a pub.
Your goals and your training history. Then an honest look at whether in-person is even what you need. Plenty of people are better served online, and I’ll tell you if you’re one of them.
We go through how you move and where you are starting from, and the first block of training gets written from that.
Sessions with me, plus a written check-in each week that I read. The programme changes off the back of it when it should, and stays put when it shouldn’t.
Every one of these trained with me in person as well as online.

My mindset is completely different since Logan started coaching me. He helps in so many more aspects than just the gym, lifestyle changes, guidance when you haven’t had a good week.
It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve improved not only my lifestyle and health but my mindset around training. None of that would have been possible without him.
Levels Gym in Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire. It’s about twenty minutes up the A80 from the north side of Glasgow and a similar run from Falkirk.
Ask me on the call. Access depends on the gym’s terms rather than mine, and I’ll give you the current answer rather than one that’s six months out of date.
No. Everything runs monthly, because a one-off session is entertainment rather than coaching. Nothing changes in a week. You can stop whenever you want.
That’s most people, and it’s fine. The usual setup is in-person sessions when you can get there, with the rest of your training programmed online. Some months that’s weekly, some months it isn’t.
Most gym PT is sold by the session, so it ends when the hour does. This doesn’t: the sessions are one part of a programme that covers your whole week, including the training you do without me and what you eat around it.
Message me and we’ll get the call booked in.
